What the photo report covers
- Turf & grounds — condition of the lawn: growth, bare spots, anything encroaching.
- Beds & edges — mulch and bed lines, weeds, and how the edges are holding.
- Trees & drainage — limbs, standing water, and washouts that are visible from the ground.
- Exterior sightline — the plain view of the house and yard, dated, so you can see it for yourself.
- Recommended & quoted — anything visibly off, with a written quote if work is worth doing.
