RealHelp (realhelp.land) is operated by Lupton Lawns LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company at 3800 Arendell Street, Suite D, Morehead City, NC 28557 ("we," "us"). This policy covers this platform website and the way Lupton Lawns LLC handles customer information, including our text messaging program. Other companies on the RealHelp network serve their own clients under their own privacy policies, posted on their own pages.
This website
realhelp.land is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There are no accounts and no login. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — as part of serving and securing the site; we do not use that data to identify visitors.
The registration form
The "Register your company" form does not send anything to this website. Submitting it opens a pre-filled message in your own email app, addressed to us; we receive only the email you choose to send. We use what you send — company name, contact details, service area, services — to review your registration, reply, and set up your company page if approved. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Mail to our addresses (hello@realhelp.land, management@realhelp.land, luptonlawns@realhelp.land) is retained as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us at any time what we hold from you, or ask us to correct or delete it — email hello@realhelp.land.
Free tools
The tools at realhelp.land/tools run entirely in your browser and save any working data (such as a tool's saved history) only in that browser — it is never sent to us. One optional feature, the lawn growth calculator's weather lookup, sends a location you provide (a town, ZIP, or, only if you grant permission, your device's coordinates) directly to the Open-Meteo weather service to retrieve recent conditions. We do not receive or store that location, and the feature is entirely optional; Open-Meteo's own privacy terms govern that request.
Text messages
Lupton Lawns LLC sends text messages to customers who share their phone number and agree to receive them — for example, when requesting a quote or booking service. Messages may include:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Quotes, invoices, and payment receipts
- Job status and service updates
- Occasional promotions or seasonal offers
Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
What information we collect
When you contact us or become a customer, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and service history — the jobs we've performed, quotes, invoices, and payments.
How we use that information
We use it to schedule and perform your service, send the messages described above, respond to questions and provide customer support, process invoices and payments, and manage your account.
How we store and protect data
Customer information is kept in secure, access-controlled business systems protected by industry-standard safeguards, and access is restricted to the people who need it to serve you. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and for ordinary business records.
Whether we share information
We share customer information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example, our scheduling and invoicing platform, payment processors, and the carriers that deliver our text messages — and only so they can provide those services to us. We do not sell customer information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your rights

Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you have been opted out. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (252) 659-1131 or luptonlawns@realhelp.land. Opting out of texts does not affect your service — we will simply contact you another way.
Company pages on the network
Each company's pages (for example, luptonlawns.realhelp.land) describe that company's own services and carry that company's own terms and privacy policy. When you contact a company or book its services, that relationship is governed by its policies, not this one.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date.
