RealHelp ("we," "us") is a locally owned grounds-care service in Carteret County, North Carolina. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: hello@realhelp.land.
What we collect
- Contact and property details you give us — name, email address, phone number, and property address, when you book a condition report, request a quote, or email us.
- Service records — dated exterior photos of your property taken during scheduled visits, notes, quotes, and invoices, all created to deliver the service you asked for.
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. There are no accounts and no login.
How we use it
- To schedule and perform grounds-care visits and condition reports.
- To deliver photo reports, quotes, scheduling updates, and invoices by email or text message.
- To respond when you contact us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from RealHelp about your service — visit photo reports, scheduling updates, quotes, and billing. Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except as needed to deliver the messages themselves (see below).
Who we share with
We share information only with the service platforms we use to run the business, and only as needed to serve you: our scheduling and client-hub platform (Jobber), which handles bookings, records, message delivery, and payments. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep service records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and legal record-keeping. You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email hello@realhelp.land.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date.
